Career Development and Training

Changing Academic Life has a series of podcasts from academics. These stories are full of gems and practical insights into how to play the academic game in a more sustainable way, not just for handling the increasing pressures but also for how to play the myriad roles that we are asked to take on but were never trained for.  The discussions also point us to the bigger challenges that will need all of us to work on together – how to change academic culture and the rules of the game more generally.
